42 Heilbronn means: sharing knowledge, making progress together, finding completely new approaches and solutions. This aspiration extends far beyond the school. We seek dialog with experts from startups, corporations and universities, exchange ideas and get inspired - and the 42 Advisory Board plays a special role in this.

Achim Berg

Achim is an experienced German executive. He has managed teams at Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft and Arvato. He currently shares his leadership experience with 42 Heilbronn, as well as several other growth companies (ControlExpert, Flixbus, NuCom Group und powercloud). Achim is a strong supporter of our system finding new ways to develop coding talent.

Sarna Röser

Sarna is an entrepreneur, business angel and master networker. She is the chairwoman of the Young Entrepreneurs, and a member of the well-received investment television series “Höhle der Löwen” (adaptation of Shark Tank). Sarna is a supporter of the Heilbronn educational offerings and helps the region grow with her amazing network.

Carsten Maschmeyer

Carsten is a German billionaire businessman, investor, and - just like Sarna - also a panel member of Höhle der Löwen. He is the founder and owner of the Maschmeyer Group and invests in emerging industries and future markets. He is a self-starter and shares his entrepreneurial knowledge & spirit at 42 Heilbronn.

Prof. Dr. Yvonne Zajontz

Yvonne is a professor for marketing at the DHBW Heilbronn. She is a board member of the regional Marketing Club, and oversees the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. She advises 42 on marketing and communication activities.

Prof. Dr. Katharina Hölzle

Katharina is an experienced academic, who leads a research facility in Stuttgart that is concerned with work and organization. She supports 42 Heilbronn with insights from her research on technology, innovation and digital innovation.

Miriam Wohlfarth

Miriam is a serial entrepreneur in the world of FinTech, and author and speaker. She is aware of how important it is to look for talent in the startup ecosystem of Berlin, and her companies hire for skills.

Rolf Schumann

Rolf Schuman is the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Schwarz Group. He is an experienced innovator who is leading the digital transformation of one of the largest retailers in the world. He has extensive experience in building digital infrastructure for large businesses, and advises 42 in positioning of talent.

Christoph Werner

Christoph is the CEO of dm, a large German retail chain offering cosmetics, healthcare items, household products and health food and drinks.
