Head of Product - Tech Education (m/w/d)

Your Role

As Head of Product, you own the student learning experience from Kick-Off until students find their first jobs. You are the face of the learning product and the strongest advocate for our students' learning journey, thinking 1–3 years ahead to make sure what we build today stays relevant tomorrow. This job is for you, if you want to help build the educational system of the future.  

Your Responsibilities

Define the Curriculum Content You own what students actually learn — the projects, skills, and milestones that make up the learning journey — and you continuously refine the curriculum to keep it rigorous, coherent, and aligned with where the industry is heading

Define Learning Content & Outcome You define the skills and attitude students need to successfully complete the core program and graduate with a great learning experience and outcome. With your team you develop programs to support students in reaching that standard, within the pedagogical logic of the learning system, and you constantly re-evaluate this profile based on evolving industry needs.

Own the Core Learning Experience You are responsible for everything from Kick-Off until students transition out of the curriculum. You run community meetings and product related townhalls and drive central learning topics

Learning Management System You own our LMS as a product and are responsible for how students experience it: you define requirements, prioritize improvements, and work closely with IT to ensure the platform supports the learning journey. You make sure the platform reflects and supports the curriculum you define.

Team Lead You manage the product team and translate the product vision into clear priorities and initiatives. You coordinate work across the team, remove blockers, and ensure that curriculum, learning management system, learning experience, and student success efforts move forward coherently.

Your Profile

Must Have

  • Multiple years of experience as a programmer.
  • A genuine passion for learning and development
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Comfortable engaging with students, coaches, alumni, and external partners at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset - you make data-informed decisions, define clear metrics, and track outcomes.
  • A collaborative, hands-on mentality suited to a small, interdisciplinary team.


Nice to Have

  • Professional experience in a technology, education, product, or community-related role.
  • Familiarity with peer-learning environments, tech communities, or educational ecosystems.
  • Experience working with communities, groups, or educational programs.
  • Experience in leading teams
